I don't think that is true...a magnet can quench during a He fill,
if the He level is too low, or just when it decides to. At least,
that is what I was lead to believe :-)
That is correct
a cleaner getting too close with a vacuum, nature taking its course,
earthquake etc most unkown -- at lot less frequent than it used to be but
quenches DO HAPPEN.
