Long ago we had a FT80A running fully automated with a Zymate robot.
The robot prepared the samples and put them into the magnet. It
actually worked quite well. With the advent of supercons ~1982
here at BW, the FT80A's charms quickly diminished. We have used
Zymates as sample changers on 300's since 1984 though we do not
use the robot to prepare samples. The Zymate could easily do
the job but we are concerned about water peaks, etc.
