We run in-vivo spectra on mice using a bruker 4.7T biospec.
We need to collect mouse blood serially (four time points) after injection
of glucose solution in order to measure the glucose content in mouse whole
blood or serum. Has anyone got any experiences with this?
How do you collect mouse blood.....How much is obtained? and what is the best
method of assaying the glucose??
