Software upgrade on VXR500S

We have just completed a software upgrade on our Varian VXR500S
system. We upgraded from version 4.1 to version 4.3. The problem is that
the 'vn' program is constantly crashing, sometimes every few hours,
sometimes every few minutes. The Sun OS is not crashing, only the NMR
software. has anyone else done this upgrade? How did it go?
