Sample Transport Systems

I am interested in the availability of any sample transport systems which
could be adapted for use with NMR samples ( small 2 dram size vials). We
would like to send samples from one building to another, approximately 500
feet. Department stores in the past used pneumatic sample transport
systems to carry money to a central location...banks still do. Moving data
across such short distances is now a trivial matter, but not for samples.
To move samples, we are using "sneaker port"!! This is both inefficient and
costly. Our NMR routine service handles between 60 and 80 samples daily,
making this a significant concern.

Does anyone have any information on a commercially available sample
transport system, which will meet our needs? And,is anyone currently using
such a system?

Anyone else with the same concerns?
