Nicolet data transfers

I have an old Nicolet NT300 NMR that I need to get data off
of and onto our SUN workstations. I believe that the easiest way is
to use KERMIT at both ends. Woody Conover at Acorn NMR told me that
there is a public domain version of KERMIT for the 1280's. Does anyone
have any idea where I get hold of a copy?
