Consultancy Charges

Sometime ago, possibly as much as 6 months ago, someone ran a survey of NMR
consultancy charges, and posted a summary to the net.

I have lost my copy of that info. I was wondering if anyone out there kept a
copy on disk, that could be emailed to me easily, as AMMRL archives are not
yet available on anon ftp.
