vacuum of liquid helium transfer tube

I need to vacuumize our liquid helium transfer tube. I believe that the
tube is made by Oxford, it came with our Varian VXR-500 spectrometer and
an Oxford magnet. I could not figure out how to do. We have vacuum pump,
of course, but what kind adapter should be used? Anyone has experience?
