QE-300 lock sweep

Hello

We have a problem with the lock sweep of our QE-300 (with Tecmag computer).
We are unable to view a lock sweep on the computer screen, and have to rely
on the autolock. I have only been here since April, but the students claim
that the lock sweep hasn’t worked since shortly after the Tecmag upgrade.

Tecmag checked the problem via remote control and concluded it is a problem
with the hardware, probably the sweep generator or a missing power supply.
The lock signals to and from the probe interface look good, and I am now
tracing the cables from the lock module, etc. I have not been able to find
the connection between the lock module and the shim power supply, and my set
of schematics is missing the drawing for the 8-slot motherboard, which is
the drawing I need.

Does anyone have this schematic (Drawing 107529, GE P/N 411-016100)? Also,
where can I get a replacement GE cable, if that’s what I need? I assume
that the missing connection is the cause of the problem, but would
appreciate alternative suggestions.

Thanks,
Stephanie Mabry
