B-Size laser printing with vnmr

We are in the process of replacing an older laser printer and I am
interested in the possibility of printing 11x17 (B size) pages with an HP
5000 series laser printer. Has anyone tried setting up VNMR (devicetable &
devicenames) and Unix (Irix and Solaris) to take advantage of this? I do
not think that this would be a problem, but I figured I would see if anyone
has tried this and were successful.
