texts for graduate level NMR course

Hello all:
I know that this has been covered periodically here, but as the field is
constantly changing I was wondering if I could solicit input regarding
favorite NMR texts for graduate level NMR methods course. We have been
using Gunther (2nd edition, 1995) for the past couple of years, and prior
to that used Sanders and Hunter. Are there any new books that I don't know
about? Or, old favorites that I have ignored?
I will certainly post a summary of any responses, and do appreciate any I
receive.
