Dear all,
We have a 300 NMR with AVANCE I console and the console is a microBay
console. It is an old one and the 2H preamp is a board inside the console.
We had a problem with the lock signal because we couldn't find the lock
signal(resonance ring), either by manual lock(moving field value) or auto
lock.
I checked the 2H wobb and found some weird wobb signals.
Sometimes it is good as below:

sometimes it is bad:

the worst case is:

No matter which status of wobb curve, it wouldn't lock the 2H signal.
1H and BB channel wobb curves look normal. I also replaced the 2H cable
from preamp to probe but that didn't help.
Ok, I started to replace all the fans in AQS and BSMS units because I know
temperature could cause weird lock issues. I even exchanged the SGU1 and
SGU2 boards. None of these helped.
The lock out signal from 2H slice looks below and it seems normal:

I tried to take the cable 2H out from 2H-TX and move it to the L-TX board
2H-TR(bypass 2H-TX) but still got the same problem.
My lock field is around 1800 and I can see the signal moving as I change
the lock field values.
At this moment, I am running out of ideas. We still want to have this
instrument running. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
