Dear All,
We recently received the old probe to replace the damaged probe. After
pulse calibrations, we are acquiring the N15-2D HSQCs. However, We are
observing the sidebands (T1 noise at noise level) at ~ 2.32 ppm and 7.11
ppm (o1p: 4.687). This behavior of T1 noise is high for low concentration
samples (below 200uM samples). How to check if the Gradient filter box has
some issues ?
Temperature readings are stable from the edte panel and also acquired the
spectra with low RG but still observing the T1 noise.
If you encounter similar kinds of issues, Please give advice.
