Dear All,
After the NMR tube (Sample : Protein, 20mM K2HPO4 buffer, 20mM KCL,
4mMTCEP) is broken. We cleaned the probe (TCI) two times with IPA(100%) and
water, the map profile is slightly improved, not completely getting rid of
the problem.
If you guys dealt with this kind of similar issue, Please suggest to me "
how to clean the probe very efficiently" ?.
