Hello All
We have a dedicated Varian 300MHz with SMS-100 that we have used for years
to run all of our undergraduate Organic labs data collection. We have
scripts that process the data based on the unknown identifier, integrating
exact regions, and making PDFs etc just after the data is collected. This
has automated and streamlined running over 1000+ samples in a week
sometimes with very little effort on our part.
In 1.5-2 years our new teaching lab building will open and we are exploring
options to replace this NMR system. So I am wondering if anyone has any
experience with the benchtop systems in general and hopefully setting up
similar processing scripts on these systems.
We are also considering using a Bruker system running iconNMR. Does anyone
have experience setting up this kind of autoprocessing in Bruker after a
sample runs? We have done some batch processing scripts manually in Topspin
but never anything directly out of iconNMR.
