Dear friends,

Thanks for all responses and suggestions from you!
The tips I received are mainly
1. Put into liquid N2 for a moment (1-2minutes) and see if the cap will
shrink and be removed by tweezers (most suggestions)
2. Use drill, but need careful work which might damage rotor

I decided to try liquid N2 first and if not works, then consider drill.
Fortunately, liquid N2 works. The picture is attached. I used to work at
4mm rotor quite lot, but 3.2mm rotor is first time. Before doing anything,
I would like to get suggestions from you. Thanks for all suggestions!

Best,
Fu
