Dear all,
We have been getting an intermittent error when using Icon NMR on both of our AVIII HDs. It seems to be completely random and when the sample is resubmitted it runs just fine. Sometimes we go 50 samples without the error and sometimes it happens every 2-3.
The error is:
log_err:1 precompilation error detected in C:/Bruker/TopSpin3.5pl6/exp/stan/nmr/lists/pp/zg30 execution aborted Error:during open of C:/Bruker/TopSpin3.5pl6/data/*/pulseprogram: Permission denied, Acquisition Failed
