AMMRL: malfunction of helium level sensor of Varian 600

Hello, NMR Friends,

The helium level sensor of our Varian 600 doesn't work. Could you please
tell me how to pull out the helium level sensor? Is there any risk to pull
out the sensor? What're the regular resistances between those pins?
