Hi-
We just moved our lab, so our systems were reenergized a couple of
weeks ago. We are going through each system. We have found that the
300 doesn't give any signal with a gHSQC or phase cycled HSQC. I
checked all parameters and found them to be calibrated correctly. If
I turn the decoupling off during the acquisition period, then the
signal can be seen. I tried lots of different decoupling powers and
even at very low power, the signal completely disappears. Proton
decoupling works fine. It has not changed or degraded in any
way. Actually even in a normal 1H if you turn on the C13 decoupling,
then the signal goes completely away.
