Dear colleagues who are Bruker users,

The power supply for the X-32 chasis of our aged ARX-300 console went
dead. The 15V/1A LED light on the back of the chasis is always red, and
the CCU does not boot up. I got the 3-packs module from Bruker and
replaced it, but did not help; swap on the X-32 chasis Bruker sent,
solved the problem. However, the problem is that exchange of this X-32
chasis will cost us up to $20k. The whole ARX-console (~19 year old) is
probably not worth that much on the market. So just try my luck, I am
wondering whether anyone happen to have a X-32 chasis lay around so that
we can use before we get funding for a new NMR, or any other suggestions
you may have for such situations.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Wei Li
