Greetings
I am facing locking problem, on our AV300 solution NMR, irrespective of solvent type and irrespective of experiment type while equiped with any of 5mm (BBI) or 2.5 mm (Dual) probe. The solvent locks initially but immediately drops down to the base in lock window and the corresponding LED in the BSMS panel lights red instead of green. As a consequence, we are getting multiple signals for the same type of protons/carbons. I request the experienced users to share their views/ideas on the problem and suggest ways to diagnose and check the problem.
