Hi All,

We are trying to implement 19F multiple quantum spin counting experiments.
We are using the 8 pulse double quantum operator of Baum and Pines (JACS
108 7447) but implemented by setting the t1 time to zero only collect
intensity data for each phase increment. This is identical to the
experiments performed by Karen Gleason at MIT (Macromolecules 1993, 26,
3750-3757). However, we are having some problems implementing the pulsed
spin locking sequence to get higher sensitivity during detection.

If anyone has implemented MQ spincounting or pulsed spin locking on Bruker
instrumentation previously and can contribute any helpful suggestions or
pulse programs, that would be fantastic!

Thanks!!

Jerry
