Hello all,
I have a JEOL GSX-400 NMR instrument which uses the old PDP
computer. I understand that all old JEOL GX, GSX and EX model NMR
spectrometers used this computer. Due to some govermental restrictions we
are unable to buy any thing from JEOL, Japan. So I am in the look out of an
alternative. Can any one give me step-by step instructions as to how I can
transfer spectral data from a PDP (LSI 11/73) computer to a PC? I have a
DELQNA ethernet card (not yet installed) for the PDP computer but I do
not have the necessary software driver . Where do I get it and how do I
install it? What other software is needed in the PDP computer and where do
I get them? My knowledge on computer hardware and software is not very good.
