Observe proton with selective decouple phosphorus

Dear nmr managers,

I have a Bruker DPX-400 nmr with two channels, H1 channel and X channel and equip with QNP probe. Could anyone tell me how to observe proton with selective decouple phosphorus? If "Yes", which pulse program can be applied and how to set up the acquisition parameters.
