Thank you everyone who helped me with ideas of why we were not getting and
indirect signal for 13C or 15N. We narrowed it down to a tuning problem.
The tuning on the magnet leg was completely wrong while qtune was better
for all nuclei. So when we thought we were tuned well for proton, but we
were off which made indirect measures crap. Never thought this would
happen.
We are getting replacement parts for the tuning box hopefully soon.
