Dear friends,
I received many responses about my inquiry of sensitivity loss on the
Inova-500, thank you so much. Many indicates cable problems, preamp,
transimitter boards or other unusual problems. We did some tests, and we
think it is the high band amplifier is down. We are still under warranty
so I am waiting for Varian to send me the transimitter and preamps to
replace them. I don't know why resetting the CPU would get it work in
the past few times, but I guess it is not surprising for weired things
happening for the NMR console.
