The multivolume set "Landolt and Bornstein" has a lot of magnetic
susceptibility data in it.
Seems like Doty published a list of susceptibilities for common NMR probe
materials. Try J. Magn. Res. and search for Doty.
There's a decent list in CRC hand book of
physics and chemistry. Also a shorter list in Bruker Almanac.
Boy, that's a tall order! This information is spread over many different
resources. One of the best, though, is something called the
Landolt-Bornstein (or is it Borstein?). It is a collection of reference
books covering a very broad range of topics. Several of the volumes give
magnetic data on a fairly wide variety of compounds.
Nalorac, Martinez, CA. Talk to Toby Zens (sic?). He is their master probe
builder.
Shigemi. Allison Lin is a US salesperson for them. You should be able to
search for them on the web. They make small volume NMR tubes that
use special glass to match the susceptibilities of common organic
solvents.
...and, of course, Varian and Bruker probe people are likely to be a
good reference source....
