Dear NMR Managers,
We ordered a 10 mm probe from Nalorac and we are having spinner problems
and had to send it back. Is there anyone with a Jeol Eclipse 400 system
near Martinez CA that would lend us some time so Nalorac can evaluate our
probe on your instrurment. I hane the feeling this could be a long term
problem unless we can get their engineers to see it in operation on a
console. The professor who ordered the probe has waited a long time
already and her research is greatly delayed.
