As I recently joined the AMMRL I would like to introduce myself to the NMR
manageers comunity. My name is Atilano Gutierrez. I am on charge of the
NMR facilities at the UNIVERSIDAD AUTONOMA METROPOLITANA UNIDAD IZTAPALAPA
(Metropolitan University campus Iztapalapa) that is locataed at the
eastern part of Mexico city in Mexico.

In the NMR lab we have two BRUKER NMR systems: an AVANCE DMX500 for
liquids NMR and an ASX300 for solids NMR. The former is equiped with
gradients, a 5mm z-gradient inverse detection brobe and a 10 mm BB probe.
The solids is a high grade solids spectrometer equiped with a 4mm
CP-MAS gradient probe.

Our NMR lab. services the researchers of the Polymers, Catalysis,
Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry and Biology
Departments. We do also service Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry and
in some extent, some of the others private or public Universities located
around the country.

I wish we can benefit, in a nearly future, of our mutual relationship.

With my best regards to all of you memebers of the AMMRL.

Sincerely

Atilano Gutierrez
