Thanks to many of you who responded to my question. I will post a summary next
week.

At the meantime, I think I find a way to do multi-session recording on SGI-O2.
After whole day testing, use up over ten CDs, I was finally able to write data
on a CD in six sessions. All data on the CD can be read on O2 (using O2's
CDROM), and can be read and processed on PC using WINNMR program. I will do
more testing in next few days to be sure that it is reproducible, then I will
post my finding again. By the way, I am using a SGI O2. The CD-R subsystem
includes a Yamaha CDR-400AT and a 2 GB disk. It is the only device on a
dedicated SCSI chain.

Best Regards,
Dee
