Hi All
We have a magnet 400 MHz Oxford connected to Bruker Avance II Console. The
liquid helium sensor probe wires connections disconnected from the top pin
connecter (male) which then connected to console by a green cable with pins
(female).
I found a diagram of Oxford Magnet - some old model from internet to explain
the problem.
In the picture, there are 4 pins. We don't know how many pins in our magnet
connected. At one point, I try to unplug the green wire having the top pins
connected to the probe wires. Because I found the pins were not securely
connected after filling of helium last time in August. After connecting back,
the sensor was not working. Then I removed again and that time the top pins
disconnected from the sensor wires.
Looking for a service or suggestion to contact some service provider. Bruker
and Oxford companies didn't help much.
Regards
Raj
