Dear AMMRL,
We are having a couple of pesky error on two of our Bruker NEO systems
(600, and 900).
1) When a use queues a number of experiments, either through the spooler,
or with 'mutizg', a TRX error interrupts the queue and the experiment will
not advance until the error message window is closed. Oddly enough, the
error messages are not always the same!
2) Users have reported a fairly consistent error message appearing on the
neo600 where the instrument can't read the probe at the start of setting up
an experiment. However, simply executing the "edprobe" command, without
changing any options, and just clicking 'cancel' fixes the problem for that
session.
Bruker has not [yet] offered a solution. If anyone has encountered these
errors, I would appreciate their feedback.
Thanks,
Reza
