We have two JEOL 400 ECZ instruments running Delta 5.3.1 on Windows 7 PCs. Most samples are submitted under Walkup with an automated delay until the evening for longer experiments. There are some experiments only available in Smart mode and there is an additional scheduling policy TAB for Smart and Advanced.
If both scheduling policies are active and there are experiments queued in Walk up and Smart, does this lead to problems? The queue stopped and now the PC connection to the SCC console fails or drops. It cannot connect to SCC IP address although SCC is detected. The remote desktop connection is OK and I can view the files on the console PC.
Any ideas gratefully received - we will get Windows 10 eventually
