AMMRL: 13C tuning problem

Hi All:

Our Bruker 500 NMR probe (PA BBO 500S1 BBF-H-D-05 Z SP) could not be tuned to 13C frequency or lower, but could be tuned to 11B. the message is attached. I tested another probe. There was no problem for 13C tuning. So it seems BBO probe problem. Bruker asked me to ship the probe to Billerica for repair. Do you have any comment on that?
