AMMRL: Using stdisp option in topspin 3

I'm testing out some shaped pulses for 19F NMR. in stdisp when I select an
excitation region and calculate the excitation profile I get ridiculously
low spw1 power levels (5 x 10^-6). What parameter(s) are used by this
program to calculate spw1 power levels?
