AMMRL: looking for GAP board for InfinityPlus Spectrometer

Does anybody have a GAP (Gain, Amplitude & Phase) card for an InfinityPlus that I could buy? The numbers on the card are: ASSY 01905804-00B, SCH 01905807B.
