Hi All,
I am hoping that someone can help me out. I have a student that is trying to see through space coupling between 13C and 1H but would like a "quick" 1D experiment. I came across the HETGOESY sequence, MagResChem(1996)34,554-558, which is nice since it detects 1H rather than 13C compared to HOESY. So I was wondering if anyone had a working HETGOESY sequence for a Bruker AVANCE I 400 MHz system that they can share or if anyone can suggest any other alternatives.
