AMMRL: Bruker 400MHz BLAH-1000 amplifier "RF fault"

Hello,

Does anyone have detailed schematics for a Bruker 400MHz BLAH-1000
amplifier (circa 1999-2000)? The "RF fault" light on the amp front panel
is illuminated. We already have the basic manual provided by Bruker but it
does not contain schematics for troubleshooting.
