Problem: all peaks in CDCl3 spectra splitted to 5 peaks

Dear All,

I would like to ask your help.

Recently, our facility re-engerized a quenched 300M Varian Mercury plus NMR.

I ran a CDCl3 standard samples, however, all peaks in the spectra are
split to 5 peaks as showed in attachment (including CHCl3, H2O, and TMS).
Does anyone know why? would that be a spin or shimming issue? How can I
fixed it?
