We 've been working with TS 2 and 1 at spectrometers since several years
without these problems on Bruker specified HP computers, and I would
assume that most of users did so.

An educated guess would be to search the reason not within TopSpin, but in
PC-hardware.
I would performe memory test and hard disc failure tests as well.
