I am having problems with my pge sequence:
In april i was used to get a very good array for the calibration using D2O sample and i have been routinely doing this for 2-3 years. Using the same sequence (same file, same probe), when i run the pge now, i get a non symmetrical peak for the water, and i cannot get a straight line after pge_process. If i run the sequence with grad_p1=0, i get a very nice symmetrical water peak. But it seems that with the gradient on (even a small value of grad_p1) i used previously, i get a messy peak (not symmetrical), with way too much attenuation in intensity. Any idea what could be the problem?.
I have run all other calibration and everything looks OK: lineshape, profile, pw90's etc..The only thing i did since that time is load the DOSY sequence: does anybody knows if this could affect the pge?
