Dear All Varian users,
My nitrogen amplifier just went out on my Inova 600. Starting last Friday, we were having problems seeing a Nhsqc. I suspected the cold probe was the problem and cryoburned several times through the weekend. To check if I had cleared the ice from the coil, I ran a Chsqc, which was fine. In despair, I cycled the power to the nitrogen amp and tried the Nhsqc again, which worked. So for the last two days, we limped through doing a power cycle to reset the nitrogen amplifier as needed (i.e. when we didn't see a Nhsqc signal in the first increment.) Has anyone seen this type of problem? How did you fix it?
