oscilloscope for 800 MHz NMR system

Hello:

I need an oscilloscope to do trouble shoot for a 800 MHz NMR
spectrometer.
My 400 MHz scope works fine for low band nuclei, but I could not see
anything for 1H signals.

would you please give me some information about a reliable oscilloscope
for this purpose.
