I have written and been using a program that calculates the length of
time that an experiment takes from the parameter files 'scon' and 'acqus'
that are stored when Bruker's Xwinnmr is used. It uses NS, AQ and various
other parameters to calculate an experiment time. The program works but it
would be more elegant to simply be able to extract the start time and stop
time from one or more of the files that are written. At first, I thought
that I could get the start time from 'scon' and the stop time from 'acqus'
but this results in some experiment times that are ridiculously long.
(Some look reasonable though !#!$!).
Is there any way to reliably get the start and stop times from Bruker's
files?
