Dear all,
I am trying to set up DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) for a
Sun SPARCstation 5 (SunOS 5.6) in order to put the Sun computer onto my
company's network.
Does anyone have a procedure about how to set it up? The procedure I
followed (by using the 'dhcpconfig' command and answering the pop-upped
questions) seems to be fundamentally different from that with newer
versions (such as SunOS 5.9). I just can't set it up right. There must
be something I missed.
