JOB TITLE: Scientist, Technical Support (NMPA04-21) - Palo Alto, CA
Our ideal candidate would use their in-depth knowledge of NMR theory and
techniques to advise customers on advanced spectrometer operation, including
system administration and accessory systems. They would provide NMR
applications support to field engineers, and customers who are operating,
maintaining or troubleshooting complex NMR systems as well as associated
electro/mechanical accessories, computer systems, and software. They would
also work with R&D and Marketing to evaluate new products to include
installation and acceptance protocols and user and service functionality. An
MS in Chemistry or Physics with strong NMR experience is required, a PhD.
