non-quantitative integrals on Gemini 2000

Here is an interesting problem that has me scratching my head.

1. Have old Varian Gemini 200 (1989) working well.
2. Upgrade to Gemini 2000 with VNMR(revision 61B), SUN Ultra 5.
3. No longer have quatitative proton integration.
4. Use same AT, PW(in degrees), NP, SW, D1 on another older
Gemini and get quantitative integrals.

What is the problem?

The integrals are way off (i.e. 2 : 5.5 when they should be 2 : 3).

Has anyone encountered this before?
