Hello,
I am having problems with our MAS2 unit on our AVIII spectrometer
The panel for MAS2 is blank but the unit is still working. Now when we press at different positions on the screen, and it responds.
But we are not able to change speed etc.
I tried to restart the computer - spectrometer
I tried cf and I am getting error that ipso not connected
I tried cf and I get error --- ipsoprep(): error Couldnot contact restartServer on IPSO ----
Also, I get an error
“ MAS control unit :Firmware 981102
Your MAS2 is configured for compatibility mode
To enable support of all features , please reconfigure
To native mode and do ‘cf’ again”
Can you please help me troubleshoot and fix it?
