Dear all,
My Department are about to buy a benchtop NMR for our course labs.
I have seen that Magritek, Nanalysis and Oxford instruments have these kind of instruments and thinking on buying a 60 MHz, where you can run 1H, 19F and 13C.

Have someone experience of these kind of instruments? In teaching labs?
What do you think works well?
How are the user friendliness?
What are the drawbacks?
Are you satisfied with the customer service?
How high concentration do you need to you run 13C NMR in a reasonable time?
What more to think about?

Any information would be a help to us, Thanks in advance for your answers,

Regards
