AMMRL: 1D HOESY 1H-19F

Hi all,
I am interested in recording an experiment 1D HOESY 1H-19F, in a
spectrometer with a probe TBO, and we have a sequence but use the qnp
switch. Does anyone have a suitable sequence for this probe, without
this switch of? I would be very grateful for any help.
